Expected results:

I just heard of the Knusperli JPEG Decoder and wanted to share the news with you:

It reduces visible blocking artifacts (no deblocking filter).

If the changes proof to be useful, then it would be cool, if they find their way into Firefox one day:

I don't know whether MPL 2.0 and Apache are compatible though, the FAQ only mentions BSD explicitly (Apache just in the headline).
