Steps to reproduce:

Removed and re-installed Nightly and updated to version 57.0a1. Received update notification to same version, allowed update but every time the browser is restarted the update to version 57.0a1 reapplies. 



Expected results:

Version 57.0a1 should have applied correctly and not tried to reinstall on every re-opening of Nightly.
