Details

Using this bug to track and land all of the needed fixes to get this suite of tests working in e10s. Requires work in browser/components/uitour/test/head.js to make UITourTest() and its supporting functions run in e10s.  After that, make certain all of the test cases are modernized to not use CPOW's.
