STR:
1. Load any SlideShare slideshow, such as http://www.slideshare.net/a16z
2. Slowly advance through the slideshow.

RESULT:
The slideshow will flash black between each slide or momentarily show a broke image icon.

I bisected this regression to bug 1079627. Is this a duplicate of bug 1156762 or bug 1164748?

I can still reproduce the black flashes between slides in Nightly 57 on Windows 10.

Reportedly bee around for a while and marked P3 by graphics -> fix optional in 57.
