Revenue Associate

Administer sales orders and contracts. Perform billing, revenue recognition and accounting tasks in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures. Assist in other revenue- and contract-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer sales contract and order processing for the respective country in coordination with Client Service.
  • Prepare billing runs and perform month-end activities related to revenue and receivables.
  • Monthly revenue-related tasks, include Customer invoicing, Issue resolution and dispute management, credit memos creation, preparation and processing of manual entries.
  • Perform revenue recognition in accordance with US-GAAP criteria and maintain relevant documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Ensure revenue accounting is appropriate and accurate is performed in accordance with US-GAAP.
  • Prepare revenue related accruals and balance sheet account reconciliations for Onshore team reviews.
  • Own the controls on revenue processes in scope and ensure adequate controllership is maintained at all times; flag Onshore team in exceptional cases.
  • Ensure regional statutory compliance related to revenue accounting; monitor and provide guidance on related statutory and tax accounting, reporting, and audit.
  • Follow the regional calendar activity respecting all deadlines.
  • Follow all billing and revenue internal policies and timelines.
  • Act as gatekeeper in Salesforce reviewing closed opportunities before billing and revenue recognition, ensuring proper documents are present and are compliant with internal policy.
  • Follow up with commercial team on unbilled cases for missing billing details.
  • Provides needed backup to auditors for internal/external audits
