Atlassians decide where they work, every single day. You can work from home, a cafe, or one of our 11 offices globally. We call this distributed work policy Team Anywhere. Team Anywhere means that you can do meaningful work while also prioritising everything that brings you meaning outside of work. Want to collaborate from a different place for a few weeks so you can visit a friend or family member? Go for it! Have a desire to visit the office? You can do that too!
