Ru Xu (@ruemxu) is the creator of the NewsPrints graphic novel series, as well as the time-travel webcomic Saint for Rent (@saint-for-rent). A digital artist, Ru mainly works in Clip Studio and Photoshop. Her non-storytelling-related personal interests include historical fiction, coffee-flavored ice cream, and fat birds.

Rosemary Valero-O'Connell is the hyper-talented artist behind Don’t Go Without Me, and Laura Dean Keeps Breaking Up With Me—for which she and writer Mariko Tamaki won a Harvey award this Con! Rosemary’s past successes include winning Ignatz awards, exhibiting work internationally, and doing projects for the likes of DC Comics (Gotham Academy, Vertigo Quarterly), and BOOM! Really, what hasn’t Jim Zub (@jimzub) had a hand in? Jim is an artist, an educator, and a storyteller—and excuse us while we list some of the tales he’s told: Black Panther and the Agents of Wakanda and Conan: Serpent War (Marvel), Dungeons & Dragons and Samurai Jack (IDW), Stone Star (comiXology), Wayward (Image), etc. etc., you get the gist! Jim also runs his own creator-owned projects, whilst also finding the time to teach young animation students IRL, and students of all ages with nifty how-tos online. What a legend. Listen up! All the way from Seoul, InHyuk Lee (@inhyuklee) has created concept art for many of your favorite games and films! Not only that, but he has also wielded his wily weapons of illustration on the fates of both Marvel and DC heroes and villains! A real master of more traditional drawing and watercolor techniques, this live draw is a must see—watch as Inhyuk’s pen picks out the finer points of Batman’s costume.

She has a penchant for creating pretty kick-ass gals (yes, that’s a technical term)—particularly evident in her comic 1001, a re-telling of the life of Scherezade, the cunning heroine of the original tale One Thousand and One Arabian Nights.
