Description
New update with multiple bug fixes, Bluetooth controller improvements, and more. See the What's New section for details!
PPSSPP is the original PSP emulator for mobile devices. It runs a lot of games, and on most modern iOS devices, it will run a majority of games with great performance.
No games are included with this download. Use your own real PSP games and turn them into .ISO or .CSO files, or simply play free homemade games, which are available in the built-in "homebrew store".
The PPSSPP project is in no way affiliated with Sony. PSP is a trademark of Sony.

Ratings and Reviews
All about options
I still have two PSP 1000’s in order to keep my collection of psp games alive. Nice to have options if/when those devices finally die. Kudos to Sony though, the hardware is still pretty solid.
But extra kudos to the dev for bringing this to the iPhone. An excellent recreation of the hardware experience. Worth supporting the dev.
Good
Finally the PPSSPP is back on iOS without the need of jailbreaking your device (if that’s even still a thing). Wanted to show my support by buying the gold edition considering I had a few bucks to spend. There’s a few bugs here and there where the app force closes, unsure if that’s cause of the games downloaded or if it’s the actual app. I also have battery percentage enabled but it doesn’t show my battery life. These are really the only complaints.
Nice but a couple issues
I was a nintendo kid so the only hand helds i had were the GBA and the DS family of portalbles, so it’s nice to beable to play all sorts of games i never had the chance to when i was younger. Though i have found a few issues, in a few games like patapon the key board doesn’t pop up or give the ability to chose a name. And in every game i tried whenever i try to make a save state the app crashes
