when the Goncharov Renaissance first happened i asked a friend if they’d seen the muppet version and the LOOK on their face, she just stopped dead and was like “…was that the movie with a fruit stand scene where some of the fruits are, like, muppet fruits? and they shit talk miss piggy’s outfit thinking she can’t hear them?” and when i yelled “YES” she freaked out cause they thought they had made that movie up. anyways i tried to track it down after that but i was only able to find a shady VHS version on ebay and i don’t own a VHS player :(
