guys it’s 2024 if you’re still taking the time to type “his/her” or “he/she” instead of just saying “they” it looks like it’s on purpose and you look like a tool
“can we use the singular they?? is that, truly, even grammatical???” was always a stupid, vapid, manufactured debate, but like, even the time for PRETENDING the jury’s still out on this has been over since like 2014 or so. please get on the ball
oh my god no this is not about people whose actual pronouns are he/she, those people kick ass, i’m talking about pedants who say “everyone take his or her seat” instead of “everyone take their seat” please i am not pissing on the poor
I don’t even care if it’s macaroni, ramen or those little bowls you stick in the microwave. Please, I need reassurance that most of the population on tumblr WOULDN’T STARVE TO DEATH if their parents couldn’t fix them food or they couldn’t go out to eat.
I wanted to show how much theatrical animation has changed in the last few years. Incorporating 2D elements has always been attempted but was rare and went unnoticed. Thatās not the case anymore with more adopting it, anime too!
I love you stylized CGI I love you spider verse I love you arcane I love you the peanuts movie I love you the bad guys I love you Mitchells vs the machines I love you Puss in boots the last wish I love you Entergalactic
I see a lot of people saying that the tech Sony created for Spiderverse led to an even cooler sequel that revolutionized CGI animation (again), which is true, BUT you can’t forget The Mitchells vs. The Machines which took the original Spiderverse tech, turned it on its head, and made it something truly amazing. And THEN they used THAT tech again, but made it even better in the new Spiderverse. Every feature film builds on the tech of its predecessors! Every one of them is revolutionary!
