The Product Marketing team at Meta accelerates global business growth through deep product portfolio experience and market understanding. Meta is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation, and results. The successful candidate should deeply understand the needs of small and medium businesses, with the goal of helping them reach their customers and drive ROI for their key business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders to develop product go-to-market strategies across business tools and distinct audience segments. They must thrive as a product marketing leader within cross-functional teams, exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and have a track record of influencing stakeholders across organizations and managing highly complex, fast-paced projects.
Product Marketing Manager, Small Business Growth Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and product marketing teams to set outbound product priorities, develop effective and compelling marketing plans, and global enablement for specific audience cohorts
  • Synthesize and analyze market feedback and audience insights to align product development on high priority business opportunities
  • Enable sales and partner channels with product expertise, education and activation to unlock opportunities
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships across Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing and other key teams, and expertly prioritize to efficiently deploy our finite go-to-market capacity
  • Solve global challenges with scaled solutions
  • Effectively and regularly communicate with leaders within the Product Marketing and Sales organizations
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including sales and partner materials, in collaboration with cross-functional partners
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with 6+ years professional experience in product marketing, advertising, digital marketing industry or strategy consulting
  • Experience working with product marketing & sales channels to drive successful product growth
  • Experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels as well as coaching a team / cross-functional partners to remove barriers
  • Track record of using data insights to solve complex problems and influence stakeholders, including cross-functional leaders, in a highly-matrixed organization
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Experience illustrating high-accountability in a dynamic, rapidly changing, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Meta’s product suite, global go-to-market experience, and deep understanding of industry nuance / needs

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
