A winning team, including TSI employees, partners, and contributors from Care Design New York, crafted a solution that promises to revolutionize care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This innovative hack redefines the process of creating “In Process Life Plans,” reducing the time required from eight hours to two, while still prioritizing a person-centered approach.
