But note this, he joined 3 days ago, has amassed 19k followers, his 1st post garnered 5200 likes-211 comments-308 reposts while his subsequent posts have continued to see a decline in engagement. Ideally someone of his stature should have had higher than average engagement, isn't it? His content is simple and that's how it should be for most CXOs. Natural, honest, first person and unfiltered. Too many leaders and CXOs focus a lot on providing value with their posts or spend hours trying to perfect their post which creates stress to drive higher engagement. Engagement solely should never be the goal while writing for LinkedIn. Just be natural and use the platform as an extension of your professional and personal brand.
