New Team Member

We're super excited to welcome our new Product Marketing Manager Ioana Popa, CRME to the team! With her marketing expertise and tech background, we can't wait to see the positive impact she will make on the team!

Wellness Hour

Kicking off the month on a calming note, we were able to participate in a rejuvenating wellness hour. We had the opportunity to come together at the office to stretch, meditate, and reflect, setting the tone for a productive month ahead. It was a refreshing start that not only revitalized our bodies but also fostered a sense of team unity!

Veterans Day

This Veterans Day we honored and expressed our deepest gratitude to the brave men and women who have served. On this impactful day we were also able to recognize and celebrate the 248th birthday for the U.S. Marine Corps! Thank you to all of our Veterans!

hakugiving

Another standout moment this month was haku's annual "hakugiving" potluck! Adding a haku spin to the traditional Thanksgiving lunch, we came together to celebrate and appreciate our team and all of our favorite dishes. The potluck showcased a delicious array of cuisines from various cultures, allowing us to savor global flavors and share in the joy of dining together. The combination of great company and awesome food made this hakugiving a truly memorable and enjoyable time!

Giving Tuesday

This Tuesday, and all through this season of giving, we are proud to support so many amazing non-profit organizations in making an incredible impact in their communities and accomplishing their fundraising goals. Partner Support

TCS New York City Marathon

We were proud to have been the preferred fundraising platform for the TCS New York City Marathon! With over 50,000 participants, this iconic event was one for the books. Spanning all 5 boroughs of NYC, this event was one you did not want to miss!

Monterey Bay Half Marathon

Melissa Marrero, Melissa Andersen, and Ornella Cedeno were excited to support the Monterey Bay Half Marathon! The event commenced and concluded in the charming downtown area of Monterey, weaving its way along the scenic Cannery Row and tracing the picturesque Pacific Grove shoreline. The atmosphere of the race weekend was amplified by the complete sell-out of both the 3k and 5k events, drawing even more enthusiasm and crowds to the course!

Williams Route 66 Marathon

Starting in downtown Tulsa with its unique Art Deco architecture, participants were able to explore different neighborhoods and Tulsa University's thriving campus. To add to the race day fun, runners enjoyed lively block parties along the route. Paula Beebe, Andria Evans, and Jose Escobar were thrilled to have supported this memorable run on the Mother of all Roads!

Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Half Marathon & 5K

Jeanne Medina and Olivia Thaler were grateful to have been able to support the 2023 Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Half Marathon & 5K 🦃! Our team was able to contribute to the event’s success by dynamically managing participant check-ins and providing effective solutions throughout the event. With an impressive turnout of over 10,000 participants, this turkey day run was a great success, and we are proud to have been part of this incredible and energetic experience!

Chartway Norfolk Harbor 10K presented by Bon Secours

Ally McFarland and Allison Medina had a great time both participating in and supporting the Chartway Norfolk Harbor 10K presented by Bon Secours! The race commenced on Waterside Drive by Town Point Park and traversed the vibrant streets of Downtown Norfolk and its rich historic neighborhoods, culminating in an exhilarating waterfront finale along the picturesque Elizabeth River. As participants crossed the finish line, they were able to join the festivities and celebrate their achievements with a vibrant post-race party!

New Tech and Features

Enhancements Overview - New Giving Features, Membership Tracking Updates, and More

• Giving: We have updated fundraising merge tag options. Users can now use dynamic merge tags in fundraising emails to provide real-time fundraising progress information. We have also added an option to add an image for donation at registration. This enables users to be able to upload a picture in the donation registration box during branding.

• Auctioning: Includes updates to new bidders account for an improved bidding experience. We also synchronized bidder view in participant accounts for a more seamless interface.

• Automations: These updates include an automation that re-engages participants with no contributions, sending customized emails with tips and resources, as well as a donation follow-up for recurring donations which targets and engages donors within a specific monetary range. Additionally, we added a donation follow-up for recurring donations which encourages one-time donors to convert into recurring donors.

• Partner Pre-Paid Entries: Allows event organizers to create allotments requiring partners to cover fees before utilizing allotment links, ensuring proper fee handling.

• Memberships: You can now better track membership conversion sign-ups and add memberships as a button link option in campaigns for a better understanding of marketing campaign effectiveness in membership conversions.
