New Tech and Features

Enhancements to E-Commerce Features & More

Memberships

To enhance our membership programs, we've introduced several new features:

Minor as Primary Member: Now, memberships designed primarily for minors can have the minor as the primary member. This feature enables a parent or guardian to be the account holder while allowing someone under 24 to be the primary member.

Membership Pricing Visibility: Users filling out the member sign-up form will now see the price of each membership option. This provides transparency and clarity about the selected membership.

Manual Registration with Fee Waiver: We've introduced the ability to manually register a member and waive their fee or apply cash or check payments, particularly beneficial for revolving membership options. This enhances flexibility across all member types.

E-Commerce

Individual Product Dashboard: As part of our preparations for an upcoming e-commerce initiative, we've introduced advanced reporting features, starting with the Individual Product Dashboard. Admins now have access to valuable data on the performance of each product, providing insights to enhance decision-making.

Additional Filtering in Orders View: In the Orders View, we've enhanced filtering options to empower users utilizing shipping and fulfillment in haku. Now, they can delve deeper into order details by filtering based on order date, fulfillment type, tags, and more, offering a comprehensive understanding of their orders.

"You May Also Be Interested In" section updates: If products belong to a collection, only other items within the same collection will be displayed. This gives organizers greater control over the items showcased, ensuring a more tailored and focused customer experience.

Community

To enhance the depth of understanding our customers have about their community members, we've implemented the following updates to community profiles. These additions empower organizers to seamlessly leverage user feedback for a more nuanced comprehension of their audience.

Integrated Feedback in Event Section: You can now access feedback directly within a community member's event history. This augmentation provides you with valuable insights into user experiences and engagement. By seamlessly incorporating feedback into the event details, we offer a holistic perspective on individual interactions.

Survey Data Visualization in Community Profiles: You now have the capability to effortlessly review survey responses within a participant's community profile. This functionality allows for a comprehensive understanding of an individual's preferences and opinions. By centralizing survey data, organizers can efficiently analyze participant insights to inform strategic decisions.

Giving

Partner Pre-Paid Entries: We enhanced the ability to manage partner invoicing efficiently. You can now prompt upfront payment from partners, ensuring timely compensation for applicants and streamlining the overall payment process. Additionally, partners benefit by having the option to pay for their entries before completing the registration process.

Additional Updates

Unsubscribe/Resubscribe in a Snap: You now have the power to quickly manage participant subscriptions right from their profiles. This feature proves especially handy during events or expos, providing admins with efficient control.

Streamlined Ticket Management: The "Manage My Tickets" button in confirmation emails now directs ticket holders straight to their check-in pass view. For account holders, the tickets remain accessible within their accounts, ensuring a seamless experience.

Insights Filtering Made Easy: Introducing a domain filter for insights. Users can now effortlessly filter their insights list based on email domains, streamlining the information retrieval process.

Global Invoice Addresses: Our invoicing system now supports international addresses for partner invoices, enhancing our global capabilities. Now, managing remittance details for international transactions is more convenient than ever.
