We have a new look!! Delighted to share our new identity which launches today. While we’re still the same organisation with the same purpose – to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation – we needed to update our identity to one that reflects who we are today as well as our plans for the future. Over the last 30 years the Lucy Faithfull Foundation has led the way in developing and launching innovative projects and services designed to respond to child sexual abuse after it has occurred but also prevent it beforehand wherever possible. Over the years, it hasn’t always been obvious that our projects and brands are connected – or which people should go to for their needs. Put simply, it has meant that people couldn’t always tell how we could help them. Many of the people we work with are in crisis or vulnerable, so we needed to fix this. Today we deliver much more than a rebrand. We’ve reviewed who we are, what we say and how we present ourselves. Our new logo is bold, using a line next to our name to denote a barrier that should not be crossed to ensure children are protected. We've also updated the Stop It Now logo to remove the variations that existed across the different UK nations and to align with the new look, feel and colours of the Lucy Faithfull Foundation. Stop It Now Scotland and Stop It Now Wales will now be known as LFF Scotland and LFF Wales. The work in these nations has evolved to include a broader spectrum of services for a wider variety of audiences than envisaged when first created and they’ve outgrown the Stop It Now name they launched with. We've also updated our language so we are clearer about what we stand for and why. Some of this is a work in progress and will take time. Over the next year, we’ll be updating our websites to ensure seamless user journeys. And we’ll be using this rebrand as an opportunity to be bolder in advocating for the importance of prevention and a public health approach to tackling child sexual abuse. Read a little more about this here: https://lnkd.in/edQVvxKa And take a look at our explainer video below. Any questions or comments, do not hesitate to reach out. Huge thanks to all who supported this work over the last year or so – from getting involved in the research at the start to more recently feeding back on designs. And well done to the comms team and various other LFF staff who have worked so hard to get this over the line. Well done team 😊
Notice anything different? We’ve just rebranded. But our purpose is the same. We work to prevent child sexual abuse, and we’re here for everyone who needs us. Find out more: https://lnkd.in/e_7yGhiq
