ML Engineering Manager

I'm sorry to hear about the LinkedIn layoffs this morning. My team, Channels Relevance, is currently hiring for Senior and Staff MLE roles. Our team is focused on improving the relevance of recommended content to users through push notifications and email notifications. We process hundreds of millions of posts and user activities to build recommendations for tens of millions of users. Here are some helpful references to give you an idea of what we're looking for: - Staff engineers at Reddit are responsible for setting the direction of the team by identifying opportunities that help the team achieve its mission and goals, working across departments to build consensus, collaborating with other engineers to deliver projects, and often solving the toughest engineering challenges. - Senior engineers lead projects, are accountable for their outcomes, are great mentors, and work collaboratively with their team and other departments. - Both Staff and Senior roles require prior experience working on a large-scale system, being able to work in an ambiguous environment, and having a solid focus on good user experience. Unfortunately, there are a few things we're not currently looking for: - Recent graduates (0-3 years of experience) as we have already filled our entry-level positions for the team. - Pure research experience for our ML roles. - Agencies to help with our hiring process. - Individuals looking for contracting opportunities. If you're interested and believe you'd be a good fit for the roles, please apply using the specific link below: https://lnkd.in/gp2kUUwp Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if you know someone who might be interested.

At least y’all are transparent about not looking for juniors/entry level. This market sucks since it seems like only seniors are in demand. Good luck in finding your next candidates!
