Commercial deals/Sponsorships Part one MindsetChange: Sponsorship/commercial partnerships are not favours to those sponsored. They bring value that you quantified monetary for the benefit of the brand. Most sponsors look for clout to amplify brand equity, drive business leads and revenue generation. Marketers, resource mobilization personnel approach your budget with a view to create symbiosis in a commercial deal. There is no bigger brand than the other in a commercial deal. It’s a marriage of equal rights. In the new era of commercial deals or sponsorships must sign service level agreements. All deliverables must be outlined and quantified. Delivery dates expectations must clearly be spelled out. If I introduce you to VISA for example as a possible partner when they come on board the relationship changes and it must be reduced to a contract, it does not belong to me.

📈At the 29th edition of the Unifrance Rendez-Vous in Biarritz, the Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée (CNC) and Unifrance released their annual report on the export of French TV programs. In 2022, sales of French TV programs soared to an unprecedented level of €214.8 million, an increase of 15.4% over 2021 and 4.7% over 2017, the previous record prior to 2021. This significant rise can be attributed to the growing international appeal of French programs, combined with a more favorable environment as the effects of the pandemic gradually subside and professional markets regain strength.
