Really interesting conversation this morning with my cohort from our recent leadership training. This morning we concentrated on change management. It reminded me of the graphic below showing that people will adapt to change at different speeds and with different levels of enthusiasm. Its important when introducing any change into your work environment that you take the time to understand where on the bell curve your staff sit. Recruit the innovators and early adopters to be your champions. It is also helps you frame your conversation with staff and allows you to target those whose trust and support need that extra work. #changemanagement #consulting #leadership
