It's really important to start with the purpose of the model. Before we think about the model itself, we need to think through some important questions about how we want to use the model. What is the business challenge or opportunity you're hoping to address? How does the model fit into an overall process or procedure to help the organization achieve those results? These questions really provide the context necessary to evaluate the model itself to see if it is a good fit for those objectives.
