The Great Engagement is for any organization or team, including your family. Parts of the book that especially stood out to me: the vicious vs. virtuous cycle section in Emotions: Servant or Master? (Ch. 3), “Everyone Is a Leader” in Developing Conscious Purpose (Ch. 9, including exercises), and all of Chapter 11: Engage. Buy the book for yourself and/or invest in someone else by getting them a copy.
