I have the joy of working with Tom Willis and Brad Zimmerman for a few years now. The are genuine, caring professionals who strive to be in themselves what they bring out in others. Immerse yourselves in this book and explore the depth and breadth of your own transformative leadership ability. ConGREATyoulations, Tom! Thought I'd include my review on Amazon here as well: Outstanding, transformative book! — and not just for CEOs and other business leaders. The Great Engagement is for any organization or team, including your family. Parts of the book that especially stood out to me: the vicious vs. virtuous cycle section in Emotions: Servant or Master? (Ch. 3), “Everyone Is a Leader” in Developing Conscious Purpose (Ch. 9, including exercises), and all of Chapter 11: Engage. Buy the book for yourself and/or invest in someone else by getting them a copy.

Always encouraged seeing an impactful book - gain traction and achieve Amazon Best Seller status. It's clear that Thomas Willis and Brad Zimmerman have conceived an impactful guide that will be on every CEO's bookshelf (and be useful to other Business professionals). In today's chaotic business climate - it's clear that the key themes in this book resonate. Would classify this work, as a "must-read." Wish you continued success with this and - potentially - follow-on works!

Congratulations on the launch of 'The Great Engagement'! Thomas Willis and Brad Zimmerman The focus on transformative leadership and creating a culture of engagement in the wake of the #greatresignation is incredibly timely and essential. I'm sure getting #executives to accept the changing marketplace is not easy. Not...yet...having read the book...let me ask this question..... how have you seen these strategies impact organizations in real-world scenarios? #LeadershipDevelopment #OrganizationalCulture #ServantLeadership #BusinessStrategy #EmployeeEngagement

I am all about two things, outstanding culture and engaged leadership that increases retention and performance. People leave bad bosses and bad culture. “The Great Engagement” leverages 30-yrs of experince to understand the last 4-yrs and what can be done. Well done Thomas Willis and Brad Zimmerman.
