The Disney College Program holds an incredibly special place in my heart, as it provided me with invaluable experiences that laid the foundation for my career journey. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities it afforded me to immerse myself in a world of creativity, teamwork, and guest service excellence. Through the program, I cultivated essential skills, forged lasting connections, and discovered my passion for training, hospitality, and customer service. The mentorship, training, and diverse experiences I gained during my time with Disney have not only shaped my professional trajectory but have also instilled in me a profound appreciation for the power of storytelling and creating magical moments. I am forever indebted to the Disney College Program for igniting my career aspirations and setting me on a path filled with endless possibilities. Totally recommend it!

Wow, what a memory. Many years ago I was a WDW College Program intern working out of Magic Kingdom. Although I was only initially offered custodial work as a music major, I found the experience still very rewarding, and eventually became one of the youngest Dapper Dan members to sing up and down Main Street. I have thought about returning to WDW as I come closer to the end of my public service career; but I am not quite done yet doing what I can to support our Nation. Hopefully once I am Disney will consider welcoming me back with open arms and appreciation.
Loved my time on the Disney College Program back in 1996 at the Disney/MGM Studios Entrance! So, I remember Skipper Grayson from a video I saw on a family friend’s Facebook page. She posted “BEST JUNGLE CRUISE SKIPPER EVER!!!” Skipper Grayson’s “Backside of Water” presentation was the most SPECTACULAR one I’ve ever seen by far!!! Amazing job! It’s funny how a person can create a memorable Disney moment for someone else they’ve never even met…. Kudos Skipper Grayson!
