in industry.. follow this .. educate..train.. 90 %people understand and change... 5% change with counseling and punishment.. 3 % to be removed as they are the bottle neck who sit at key positions .. try to safe guard their posts.. once key people defend their position only .. they give wrong information to top management and improvements ..they prevent..!

There are moments when I wonder if the employers were naturally skilled. Even the HR or Employers know well that it’s not easy to get someone with the experience they’re seeking for a particular position because some of these jobs never existed until recently with only few years of existence let alone the experience they seek. And for someone who just graduated from university seeking entry level employment who doesn’t have such experience either but has the potential of being a great candidate for that role gets rejected for lack of experience. I mean someone also gave them the chance to prove themselves and now they’re not willing to give that same chance to entry level applicants with little or no experience at all which is not right… It baffles me when I see adverts for internship opportunities and yet has years of experience attached to it c’mon employers really Let’s learn to be empathetic and compassionate towards one another and treat people the way you want to be treated! #hrcommunity #employers #recruiters #hr #ceos #managingdirectors #jobseekers
