Today is a HUGE milestone and achievement for UNIT9 and also The FWA ... UNIT9 has just won its 300th FWA award. Their first FWA win was back in February 2003, for the website for a company that became a powerhouse also (Nexus Studios) A 20+ year winning streak is a bit special and tells us what an incredible company UNIT9 remains to this very day. On a personal note, I know most people in this industry but I have only met a tiny amount in person. When I did a book launch for one of my Taschen books, I can picture it right now, standing in the Taschen shop and the team from UNIT9 there. We had a great chat, even though I was super nervous and I can picture Piero Frescobaldi and Tom Sacchi even now. Great people, great work and an incredible achievement. Super high fives to everyone at UNIT9, past, present and future. Oh...
