Position: Bench Sales Recruiter Experience: 3-5 years Job Description: As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process, focusing on connecting skilled IT professionals with relevant project opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client requirements, identify suitable candidates from our bench, and effectively market their skills to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales team members to understand client requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly. Source and identify potential candidates from the bench for suitable job openings. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with bench consultants, understanding their career aspirations and preferences. Leverage various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract top talent. Negotiate compensation and other contractual terms with candidates. Track and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter within the IT staffing industry (3-5 years). In-depth knowledge of the bench sales process, including candidate sourcing, marketing, and closing deals. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (preferred).
