That's difficult as well because then you end up having a team of freelancers rather than a real team. They don't really feel that they're part of a company. So the approach we have found to work well is what we call building up talent hubs. Bernard Leong: What's the critical mass typically you'd require us to actually facilitate, that kind of almost starting to become a team and becoming a company in that sense. Oswald Yeo: Great question. It's actually not a huge number. We would, we've learned that at least three people, it's all you need to get started.
