My customers money are frozen on my account for 50+ days already and there is nothing we can do about it. Stripe apparently do it with purpose. Their customer service is probably some AI chatbots, because I dont receive any meaningful replies on how to solve the issue. I uploaded every document they asked me for to unblock my account. They are hiding phone number, just like a cheap airline. so far a horrible experience. I would not recommend using the platform. Read other opinions about them - thousand of people scammed. Their algorithms are blocking people money and they are not even trying to solve this serious issue. Paypal is much better.

Stripe is Scam company !! #Scam #stripe be aware ! Stripe is Scam company !!! they hold my money more then 90 days & over 10 emails sent & no clear response when I get my money & no payout!!!  Be aware !!! I asked about payout and close my stripe account , I don't need it anymore and any services from Stripe. Scam!!! Do not use Stripe!! Stripe holding my funds for more then 90 days and the max time limit has been passed according to the EU debit card and credit card policy for refund and dispute ... The day stripe closed my account was 26 January 2024 , so In total it's 90 days passed . As it's been 90 days the stripe still not responding and not giving proper reason or answer regarding my holdings balance . I looking for payout from stripe after 90 days but I was wrong as they don't care about there customers who run the business. Thanks

Hi William, I'm trying to refund one of my clients, but stripe is not allowing me. It's her money, I want to give it back to her, please respond. I'm trying to do it through chat and they want to tie up her funds for 120 days, I'm all about Customer Service and I went with you guys because I thought you guys were too. If you're unable to help, could you please put me through to someone who can. thanks

Good stuff William! What you can build next: Backend snippets (in multiple programming languages) to make the integration of custom accounts with connect accounts easier so we, platforms, can implement faster. Pro-code and no-code. That would be a win for both of us!

Stripe ? This company was perfect but now is stealing money from accounts! They frozen my account, blocked all money for more than 120 days and there is no answer! They don’t reply on emails , hiding their support phone number and you just can’t unfrozen your money ! I’m not recommending this company to anyone! PayPal is better!

Wow ,This is amazing more than 100 modes of payment with almost all the currencies conversation along with filing taxes benefits and using API for offline and online payments backed by AI. Amazing job done by Stripe in the payments industry.
