Just take it slow. I think that one, especially as a new nurse, I was just very task oriented and I just kind of overwhelm myself with tasks. I think in the beginning of everybody's nursing career you have like this. It's like image of like what you're going to do and it's a little bit different once you get out of nursing school. That's not really like real life, possible situations or whatever care area you end up in. But the biggest thing is just to just to slow down, right? Like really take that step back and be like you know what I'm doing. Everything that's where you, that's where you make mistakes if you're kind of in your head and you're overwhelmed. And I probably did that myself more than my actual patience looking back. Now another thing is never, never said, asking questions. And then the last thing is don't overcomplicate it. You know, I think that, you know nurses are that that middle man now of so many different things they're working on. You know, they got maybe three patients subjects they're taking care of and once maybe getting discharged or doing discharge paperwork. I think that sometimes they get, you kind of get lost in a lot of different things like checklists and this and this and, you know, charging all these like you know. Certain things, but at the end of the day, it kind of takes away our our focus and our time from actually caring for the patient. So just truly just focusing on the patient first and all that other stuff can come later and it'll be easier to finish it once you know your patient super well and you got your assessment down.
