I am thrilled to share my Internship experience at Serena Textiles Industries Pvt. Limited, during the Summer 2023. The Dyeing lab and Chemical Testing Lab were my targeted areas. To be more precise, I worked with the dyes and chemicals that let the various types of colors to be deposited on a variety of cloth. I acknowledged the: "Dyeing methodology of Reactive, Disperse and Vatt dyes on Cotton and Polyester via numerous methods i.e. Cold Pad Batch, Pad Dry Pad Chemical, Pad Dry Cure, Disperse Vatt Dye method, Disperse Reactive Dye method." I have a pleasurable experience in using "Solid pigments" on a dyed cloth to get the desired shade of specified colours that help in the accomplishment of the orders provided by Clients. I found it interesting to see the chemical nature of the whole methodology and the colour fusion using various chemical auxiliaries. I can proudly mention that I did an R&D regarding the "Cold Pad Batch" which can be stated as: "Substitute the use of Silicates with Soda Ash in the methodology to reduce the poor Tear of the cloth." To quench my curiosity, I have worked in the Chemical Testing Lab too (which is not mentioned in the certificate) to acknowledge the final processing and further testing of cloth to ensure that it is according to the Client's demand. To mention some of my favourites are "Nash Solution for PPM, NOL Solution (Bleach Titration), AATCC 15, CO-9 Washing, NO1 Solution" and many more. The procedure of titration for the determination of NaOH, H2O2 and Sodium Meta-Bi-Sulfite during the testing phase of Fire Retardant Cloth was keenly observed. Thank You! #internship #research #analyticalchemistry #textileindustry #organicchemistry #chemist #project #dyeing #solutions

The true reality of Internships by Mr Rohan Raghunanda - Founder & CEO - Addere Creations. The sad reality of current internships is the lack of structured learning programs or meaningful mentorship, leaving interns without the guidance and support they need to develop their skills effectively. These programs, which should be hands on and immersive, often leave students with surface level knowledge and zero real-world experience. Many companies even restrict interns from touching or working with machinery, equipment or even software, further limiting their learning potential. If one is genuinely seeking to enhance their skills, and gain real-time knowledge, expertise in practical applications in the field of Design, Manufacturing and other latest technologies, then the search ends right here with this video. To overcome the challenges of unengaging and unproductive internships, especially in the Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, and related domains, we at Addere Creations are conducting a 1-month Internship on 3D Printing, 3D Scanning, and 3D Designing, the fields in which we have been pioneers for over 6 years. Participate in our 1-month Internship Program, starting this 16th August 2023, exclusively designed for students to gain hands-on experience, helping them boost their careers ahead. Our vision is to equip the engineers of tomorrow to become impactful innovators with a strong purpose to improve the world. See you at the Internship on 3D Printing, 3D Scanning and 3D Designing at Addere Creations. #HandsOnLearning #RealWorldExperience #Design #Manufacturing #LatestTechnologies #ImpactfulInnovators #CareerBoost #EngineeringInternship #PracticalApplications #ImprovingTheWorld #EngineeringFuture #InternshipOpportunity #SkillEnhancement #Mentorship #StructuredLearning #EngineeringStudents #HandsOnExperience #ProductDesign #ReverseEngineering #Innovation #Technology #AddereCreations #3DPrinting #3DScanning #3DDesigning #Your3DDestination #Bangalore #RRNagar #India
