We’ve hit a new milestone at Erewhon, ranking as the #11 top seller in the entire Salty Snack category—one of the most fiercely competitive sets in the store. This puts us alongside well-known brands like Siete, Lesser Evil and Late July. It speaks volumes about the love and support we’ve received, and I couldn’t be more excited. My sights are now set on breaking into the top 10. To achieve this, we need to boost our sales by 10 more units per store weekly. Here’s my game plan to turn this goal into reality: 1. Increase Engagement: We’re organizing 10 demos next month with Grassroots Marketing LLC, hitting every location to connect directly with our customers. 2. Boost Visibility: Securing a quarter end-cap to make sure Sacred Snacks are front and center for everyone shopping. 3. Offer Value: Rolling out a 25% promotion to give a little back to our community while encouraging new customers to give us a try. I’m especially thankful for Erewhon’s dashboard system. It’s not just about knowing where we stand; it’s a tool that helps us set clear goals and pursue growth with precision.

I have been hesitant to post this these first two months of the year...wasn't sure how it'd land and be perceived... But if LinkedIn isn't for this type of post, what's it really for?! To short-list why: - DOZENS (many!) of new product releases and enhancements - A year characterized by platform stability and phenomenal product delivery - New product ideas that we're seeing be built and come to life here in 2024 - Direct Mail and Event campaigns that helped us build meaningful pipeline - Impactful client testimonials and videos highlighting our partnerships - Goals set based on metrics that were well-defined - Strategic initiatives focused on the customer experience and building repeat/add-on business - A ton of great things to celebrate overall My personal favorites based on massive bias 😎 - We hit our revenue goal EVERY quarter in 2023 - We hit our annual revenue goal in 2023 - AND We set a new record in revenue in 2023 Every single one of these achievements takes an all-out team effort by every member of every team at the company.
