Cleared mouse brain sample 250um thick with a GFP pan-neuronal marker. The clearing method is RapiClear 1.52 reagent (Company: SunjinLab). The objective used is a Nikon PlanApo Lambda D 60x Oil, NA 1.42.

Both dermoscopy and reflectance confocal microscopy exhibited diagnostic performance exceeding 97% in distinguishing AHLM/LMMs from AHBCC/AHSCCs, with their combination further improving accuracy to 99.1%. The combination also demonstrated increased diagnostic confidence. https://lnkd.in/gaR8GGCb

Today was my last day of imaging a data set of 400+ patient samples, and I think this was a good note to end on. This will definitely be a figure in my next publication! #Fast_volumetric_multifocus_structured_illumination_microscopy of subcellular dynamics in living cells "Studying the #nanoscale dynamics of subcellular structures is possible with 2D structured illumination microscopy (#SIM). The method allows for acquisition with improved resolution over typical widefield. For 3D samples, the acquisition speed is inherently limited by the need to acquire sequential two-dimensional planes to create a volume. Here, we present a development of multifocus SIM designed to provide high volumetric frame rate by using fast synchronized electro-optical components. We demonstrate the high volumetric #imaging capacity of the microscope by recording the dynamics of microtubule and endoplasmatic reticulum in living cells at up to 2.3 super resolution volumes per second for a total volume of 30 × 30 × 1.8 µm3."
