Incorrect allergen information puts lives at risk. Love Island star, Jack Fowler, recently experienced anaphylaxis during a flight to Dubai - after being served a curry which he was assured contained no nuts. After delivering his Epipen, Jack required 5 tanks of oxygen to protect his wellbeing until the plane landed. From sharing his story, Jack has reignited important conversations regarding food labelling and the due dilligence needed by servers and food providers to protect vulnerable customers.
