Believe in Yourself: Every decision you make is not wrong because it is your unique journey. Have confidence in your abilities. 3. Grab what life has to offer: Take hold of everything life has to offer, as missed opportunities are missed chances for growth and fulfillment. 💫These were the key points she shared during her presentation, emphasizing the importance of embracing uncertainty and making the most of life's opportunities #leadership #success #team #growth #opportunities #people #change #experience

What most leaders who enjoy positions, ranks and titles don’t remember is that they truly are limited and temporary but memories of how we treat people live with us. We cannot be so focused on titles at the expense of the teams we work with, do not seek relevance as a leader by feeling the need to control those below you. 10 years from now that person below you might be the person you report to! Give your employees a time to remember working with you. Life is so short.

I interviewed with a company where the manager said "The last person moved into a management role within the company quickly, now I just need someone to be happy with the work we give them, and stay in the role long term". As a leader, why would you ever wish that of anybody? Explaining that opportunities may be somewhat limited based on the org structure is one thing, but to explain to someone that they want energy but no ambition sounds wrong. It is our role as leaders to grow and celebrate their success together, not to push them down.

Conscious business strategy & growth | L&D | Leadership Coaching (available from May 2024)| Disability inclusion & accessibility via @With Not For
Yesterday I spent time with a lovely friend who I hadnt seen for over 4 years. Actually only twice in 15 years since she moved to Australia. Celeste Donnachie also happened to be my first manager (in my grown up working world) It’s been 15 years since we worked together and she hasn’t changed a bit I learnt so much from her, her work ethic was incredible and she treated everyone as humans, always kind and always caring ❤️ I’ve always thought that goes a long way in leadership and kept that at the heart of my own leadership style. Whose the best boss you’ve ever had and why? #leadership #management #peoplemanager
