Hello LinkedIN, This is Quite important and we need to make it as a new NORMAL... We are all HUMANS and we do have some personal circumstances that May be the Showstopper. We do need a BREAK ! but We also need to look after our Mental Health. When Physical Health GAP is accepted then,why not Mental Health Therapy or so... Even, that doesn't hit like the physical Ones. But, it also has a huge impact on US even, worse than a Physical Ones. That's WHY it's HIGH Time to put HUMAN in <<HUMAN RESOURCES >> Dears - Let's create a NEW NORMAL that also supports MENTAL HEALTH allowances and privilegess make a WAY for a Better FUTURE!
