Love these. I'd add not to be ashamed to make mistakes. I've found that having a growth mindset and expecting to make mistakes is so much healthier than expecting perfection at all times (recovering perfectionist over here).

It seems your cheat code focuses on product management perspective . Consider including aspects of team collaboration and consistent communication, as teamworking is key.

Audit your professional habits - do you default to reasons why not to do something? are you the contrarian? low default to action? These habits usually evolve from mirroring leaders around you. They aren’t bad habits necessarily. Just check in with yourself.

❤️ Early in my carrer I'd avoid #1 in striving for perfection. Hard but incredibly valuable lesson. My add would be: Don't try to have all the answers. Knowing the right questions to add is way more valuable.
