I bought a cushion of a “wheel of emotions” for the Rosieland Retreat I hosted last year. I wasn’t quite sure how I would use it, but the opportunity arose at the end of the day. We sat in a circle, took turns holding the cushion and looked for words to describe how we felt about the day that just happened. It was pretty cool to hear people describe their experience with what felt like more accuracy and stories that we might not have otherwise heard. How could you use a #WheelOfEmotions in your community? --- That was #ContinuousCommunityClue No22 from Continuous Community. I love how this wheel starts with the base, raw emotions and then expands to help you identify more complex emotions. Where did you get it??

That was a great way to end the day on a high, felt really bonded with others in the room 💝
