Director, Talent Acquisition

It’s hard to believe when I started working at Reddit, Inc. in 2015, we were barely 50 employees working out of a small office in SoMa. There was no internal recruiting team and the opportunity to join as the first member and build the foundation from scratch was the single greatest motivator. I’ve hired hundreds of people, moved offices 4 times, transitioned from an individual contributor, to manager, to director - leading the smartest and hardest working recruiting team in the business. Shout out to Elena Sparger Jennifer Swift Esther Higashi Justin Letizia Max Lane. Truly the dream team. The sheer amount of blood, sweat and tears our team has poured into this little ol’ company is extraordinary. I’m so proud of what we’ve built together but to share this milestone with some of my favorite people makes me feel incredibly lucky. I’m so grateful for the opportunity and to everyone who has made my experience at Reddit the journey of a lifetime.

Thank you, Rob for helping me build a fantastic team. Congrats!

We (quite literally) wouldn’t be here without you Rob. Shoutout to Elena Sparger (and I guess Katrina Georgiou too!) for bringing together so many great Snoos along for this ride.

Well said Ryan Angerami! Adding in Jennifer Swift to the shout out, we would be no where with out this incredible team of talent seekers.

Thank you to the moon for personally bringing me on, Rob. And lest we forget, it takes a lot of grace to negotiate with someone challenging your no negotiation policy ;)
