There is a lot of talent sitting around that table. The challenges of keeping information confidential and managing trade secrets have never been more important than in a world of remote work, economic espionage, silent quitting, job hopping and shifting views on non-competes. It’s hard to imagine a more timely appreciation of #tradesecrets or the creation of a better management tool than Tangibly Inc - and you Tim Londergan and Christopher Buntel and the others at Tanhinly seem to find ways to make the tool better and better. Balance is key and using #patents, #tradesecrets along with other forms of exclusivity provides meaningful protection for our clients at #dlapiper
Early start-up success hinges on partnerships like ours with Raymond Miller and team at DLA Piper. What a journey it has been since Christopher Buntel and I had a conversation with Ray in 2020 about the emerging need for trade secret tools. Glad we acted on our instincts!! This team of people is on the leading edge of providing proactive trade secret counsel to their clients. They don't think of #tradesecrets as an either/or decision as they consider patent strategies. It's more often a case of trade secrets AND patents working in harmony.
