I love the state of mind behind this Job post. The post clearly outlines the skills and qualities the employer is seeking in both frontend and backend developers, making it easier for potential candidates to assess if they are a good fit. The mention of a "sweet belle" project implies that the developers will be working on interesting and rewarding projects. The mention of a fully remote job provides flexibility for candidates who prefer or require remote work arrangements. This can attract a broader pool of candidates, including those who are not located near the physical office. The salary range of 850k - 1m net is explicitly stated, which helps set clear expectations for potential candidates. A competitive salary is likely to attract experienced and skilled professionals. The use of informal language, such as "biko" and "shikele money," can create a friendly and approachable atmosphere, which may resonate well with certain candidates. The call to action at the end of the post, inviting interested candidates to direct message (DM) for further discussion, provides a clear and straightforward next step for those interested in the opportunity. However, it's essential to note that the effectiveness of the post also depends on the preferences and expectations of the target audience. Some professionals may appreciate the informal tone, while others may prefer a more formal job announcement.

So, recently, the Tailwind CSS team opened two remote positions: - A Design Engineer - A Staff Software Engineer The JD for both has to be one of the best I've ever read. Just so good! The applicant who stood out previously was 👨💻 Robin Malfait. This link shows his application: https://lnkd.in/gHidGFkr Of course, it was not just the application that stood out; Robin's skills also stood out. I mean, check his portfolio (https://robinmalfait.com/). But should you have such an application for every role you apply for? Obviously, no. But if you believe it is a dream role, the application should reflect the same. "A tiny bit of effort to stand out has outsized rewards when applying for a job — 10% more effort doesn't increase your chances by 10%, it increases them by more like 1000%." - Adam Wathan. Software Engineer at Interswitch Group || Frontend Developer || Reactjs || React Native || Nextjs || Typescript || Web Security || Problem Solver || My opinions are mine and not connected to my organizations
Communication is an important skill for a Frontend developer to possess... Working as a frontend developer have exposed me to the fact that writing codes is just one of the requirements for the job. I lead weekly demos internally in my organisation and most time I am responsible for handling demos with clients on regular basis. And sometimes you get engaged with non technical clients, and you receive questions that you need to respond to in simple terms... Responding to clients questions requires full knowledge of the problem and the solution you are providing. Communicating your ideas in simple term is key to everyone involved, and its a way to make meaningful contribution to the overall success of the project. #softwaredevelopment #Communication
