While I have argued that AI doesn't replace jobs but rather tasks and, in the process, lead to a society in which workers will be able to do more things for the same amount of money, making them more productive for their employers (https://lnkd.in/g3hMzp9q), I also strongly think 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞-𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐩-𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞.
