Those who know me well know how much I enjoy being out in the field – learning from our teams and seeing their dedication to our Purpose in action. On a recent visit to the Middle East and India, it was inspiring to see Ralph’s vision come to life and feel the powerful energy of our teams and partners across our stores and Ralph’s Coffee locations in Doha, Dubai, and New Delhi, as well as in our corporate offices in Bangalore, where our team of nearly 600 strong spans key enabling functions in IT, Sourcing, and Finance.
