Jai Shree Ram ❤️ It's 321st day of consistency and I just wanted to share my feelings with you all. Everyone around me is getting their onboarding letter and here I am waiting for it since an year now. Everywhere I apply I get rejected, my resume never gets selected and I was fine with it because it motivated me to work even harder. But now it's disheartening to watch people who can't even debug their copied code get the job and here I am grinding for nothing. In the name of equality and diversity hiring companies are just hiring girls even when they don't deserve that position. I am not disrespecting any gender but I guess opportunities should be based on merit and not gender, there are many women coders who are way better then me and this motivates me to push my limits, but asking them "5 uses of pen" in a technical interview is just ridiculous. One of my friends (girl) applied for a company thrice and got interview opportunity each and every time, that too in a span of 2 months, but for me the company said "You can apply only once in 6 months". I just don't know how to deal with that, also if you are thinking the girl must be exceptionally brilliant uhmmm! she barely knows difference between React and HTML. To be very honest this demotivates me, I feel like I am just sacrificing my life for nothing. I feel like I should not complain about anything, but I just wanted to express my feelings. Anyways, I will stick to my plan and I will keep learning and grinding. Exploring three.js and React Three Fiber as of now.

6moAs a fellow colleague from your college I have known your journey bro, You are talented as well as hard working. Due to current situation it will look like everything is falling apart even you have given your brsy , even you are trying daily to upskill and breaking your own milestones, but due to peer pressure from society, your friend Circle and even sometimes from our parents,it will look like we are at midset of our level. I will just quote the para that we heard from our school day is that: "karna karte ja, fal ki prapti ke bare Mai mat soch" jab ayega tab tumhe voh sab kuch milega Jo tum deserve karte ho. Till then stay strong brother and be consistent
