WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TOMATO PURéE AND TOMATO PASTE? The difference is consistency and moisture content. Tomato puree has a thicker consistency than tomato juice and a more concentrated tomato flavor whereas tomato paste has almost all of the moisture evaporated by cooking it out.

New flavor day! I decided to give raspberry a try. Using a combination of raspberry oil, dehydrated, raspberry, and bits of real raspberry. The result? Intense! Maybe two intense. I need to play with this one for a bit. I also attempted a pan of raspberry with milk chocolate. The chocolate did tone down the raspberry a little bit. Again, I think I need to play with it a little bit more. If if I can get this one dialed in, I could see it being a fan favorite. Check out this simple recipe! Ingredients: 500 grams organic chocolate 5 drops Green Mandarin Essential Oil 2 cups mixed nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, cashews, and flax seeds work well) Instructions: 1) Melt the chocolate over a double boiler until it's nice and smooth. 2) Add the Green Mandarin and stir well. 3) Add in the nuts and seeds, mixing until combined. 4) Spread out on an oven baking sheet that's lined with parchment paper. 5) Place in the refrigerator to set (approximately one hour). 6) Break into pieces before serving.
