A couple of weeks ago I said goodbye to one of the most talented and inspiring teams I've had the privilege to work with. And while those earlier days were tough, what I was not prepared for was the +100 messages I received from colleagues and friends, across Design, Engineering, Product, Commercial, Sales, and Support. To realize the impact I was able to have across so many colleagues is something I will always carry with me. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity that Steve 'Buzz' Pearce gave me. To have been one of the foundational leaders of this design organization and have the privilege of helping to scale it and mature it into what it is today. You were truly an inspirational leader and your guidance and coaching have helped me so much and continue to do so. And of course, none of this would have been possible without the most extraordinary talent partner someone could have. Oana-Andreea Bibire, your hard work, dedication, and above-and-beyond mindset was truly inspiring. We wouldn't have been able to do it without you. I would also like to call out a group of incredibly talented, kind, hard-working, inspiring world-class designers, which I had the opportunity to lead and learn from, Mikaela Argyriadou, Alexander Byrne, Joshua Newton, David Flynn, Kevin H., Gbemisola Abijo, Alcinda L., Dave Musson and so many others like Georgios Maninis Chip P. Tim Noah. I also had the amazing privilege to learn from amazing design leaders like Piotr Adam Kwiatkowski, Will Cheyney, Josephine Spencer-Geoghegan, Matt Price, Geri Reid, and Christian Palino, for continuously pushing us to raise the bar and the maturity of our practice. And of course, my partners in crime, the ones that allowed us to continuously push forward and innovate Christiane Richards, Stefano Gajon, Laura Valette, Alexa Stein Scholtis, and Andriana Soteris. It was truly an incredible opportunity to learn and work alongside inspiring leaders like Noam Ben-Haim, Riaz Bordie, and Meron Colbeci. And of course, thank you Guillaume Pousaz for your truly inspiring leadership of this entire organization and for this opportunity. I will be cheering for you all, now from the sidelines, and looking forward to seeing all the exciting things coming ahead! 'The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do' Farewell! #design #leadership #thankyou #opportunity
