In this role, he will be responsible for leading our store teams across 700+ U.S. Party City locations. Troy joins us from the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), where he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer since 2020. Prior to LLS, Troy spent over two decades in senior retail leadership roles at Gap, Old Navy, and Banana Republic. He is an innovative and forward-thinking leader known for building and championing a culture focused on enriching customer and employee experiences. Troy earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida. Please join us in welcoming Troy to the Party!

🎉 Our second annual Bring Your Child to Work Day was a hit! A huge thanks to all of our team members (and some teen volunteers) who made it a memorable experience for the over 70 kids who attended. It was a day filled with learning about all aspects of a party (which happens to be key to our business!), engaging in focus groups on birthday parties, and celebrating with games and activities. Plus, our kids enjoyed giving back by crafting birthday cards and favor bags for The Birthday Party Project. #BringYourChildtoWorkDay #LearningAndFun #PartyCity 🎈👧👦
