The client: a primary metals manufacturer with a storied past, including helping to guide America through the Industrial Revolution in the 1800s. The position: an Engineering Manager to help modernize the facility by managing new equipment installation, developing cutting edge preventive maintenance programs, improving efficiency, and managing a team of young problem solvers on staff. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, and was completed in 10 weeks. The new incumbent did not require relocation.

The Partners Alliance recently completed a search for which it was exclusively retained.  The client: an international manufacturer of hardware and software whose products are used in industrial quality assurance settings. The position: a Director of Customer Service to manage nine nationwide Service Technicians, who coordinates with Sales and can convert the Installation and Troubleshooting department into a profit center for the company.  This role reports directly to the President of the company's North American business, and was completed in three months. The new incumbent did not require relocation. 

The Partners Alliance has been exclusively retained by Metallus, formerly Timkensteel to hire a Lead Refractory Engineer for their plant located in Canton, Ohio. This position reports to the Plant Manager, was created to reduce a major expenditure in the EAF and is available due to a pending retirement. Responsibilities include working with vendors to extend refractory brick life, purchasing bricks and maintaining brick inventory. Successful candidates should have experience in refractory sales or 3 years of industry experience with refractories. Please contact Jim at [email protected] to learn more about this important opening.

The Partners Alliance has been retained by a $4B automation firm that specializes in renewable industry solutions, to hire a BESS manager for their solar group. This exciting position has been created to lead the engineering design efforts and to serve as the main customer interface. This position can be remote with occasional trips to headquarters and customers.

The Partners Alliance has been exclusively retained by a $4.4 B company to locate and to help hire a VP/GM with full P&L responsibilities for their wire company which is in the Western USA.  This is the second search with this major 40-year-old international parent company.  The wire company has a capacity of $250 MM and employs approximately 120 hourly union employees.  

The Partners Alliance pleased to announce that it was exclusively retained by a major steel company in Ohio to locate and to help hire a Senior Steelmaking Manager to manage 25 salaried management personnel and 210 hourly employees in its Melt Shop.  The Melt Shop contains an Electric Arc Furnace that has 175-ton capacity.  This role reported directly to the Plant Manager and was successfully completed in 10 weeks.
