Continuing my learning process !! I have completed another course 🎊 about the marketing funnel and its stages: awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty. Moreover, it provided me strategies for turning potential customers into paying and repeat customers at each stage of the marketing funnel and how to utilise customer personas to understand consumers’ goals, pain points, and preferred online platforms. Utilising online platforms to not only be seen by a customer but to ensure they have a smooth shopping journey and also to nurture a relationship with the customer to retain them as loyal advocates for the brands. If you have a favourite brand for a certain specific product, you maybe unknowingly talk about it to others and promote it and keep going to this one brand every time, it is not only because they have high-quality products but also because of a robust marketing and e-commerce strategy that keeps you returning back to this brand again and again and you don't mind sharing this with others. 😊

It has been an exciting journey learning about digital media and marketing for the first 4 weeks! We learned about how we communicate via marketing, the changing landscape for marketing, an introduction to marketing processes and strategies, how smart and social media channels work and what mobile media has to offer. I also have the honor to be in the same group as Jyothi, Angie, Kim, Ryan and Matt where we started our 4 part project focused on a company to determine it's digital presence, what may be lacking and to brainstorm on what they could consider to increase their visibility through various platforms. I can't wait to dive into the second half of the course to learn more in depth on video, social and email marketing strategies! #learninganddevelopment #mba #digitalmarketing
