Diving deep means frequently sanity checking metrics to get the right solution(s). Now how do you show this during your interview? Walk us through a metric you used to identify a need for change. For me, I've used data like a low number of candidates moving to an onsite - what are we missing? Some meetings and calibration with our hiring leaders later, we improved that number DRASTICALLY!
