What the fudge was I thinking signing up for something like this 😂 I just took on the Nooks Diablo Dialer Challenge and it was HOT 🌶️🔥 Giano Fiore and the Nooks community nominated me to take a dab of their insanely spicy hot sauce and make a cold call with their new AI simulator Spoiler alert: I was NOT ready for that heat! 🥵😂 Here's what I learned Jim Hardass the AI prospect lives up to his name. Tough as nails! 😅 Nooks hot sauce is no joke – my mouth was on fire and the hiccups kicked in instantly 🤣 Practicing with the Nooks AI bot is wicked for cold calls. Love seeing all these simulators to help level up callers. I wish I had it back in the day! I was nominated by Giano and the Nooks community to take the Dialer Diablo Hot Challenge. We're taking on their brand new AI simulator, pitching my services the STD lab to him. I'm going to dab up a little bit here. Oh oh, too much. Y'all. We're ready. Hey, this is Jim speaking. Who's this? Hey, Jim. Tom Slocum here with the SDR lab. How have you been? I'm doing alright. What do you want? I was giving you a call because in talking with a lot of sales leaders lately, last year over 70% of teams missed quota and many are navigating some tough challenges with their sales strategy. Out of curiosity, what's been the biggest hurdle for your team? What's that got to do with me? Well, in the healthcare space, we've noticed that e-mail open rates are dying, connect rates are struggling and I'm just curious what's been the biggest hurdle for your team this year? Quote is not being hit. That's the. Little emails, a mess with the new Google and Yahoo changes. Enough said. You're not alone. Most healthcare companies saying the same thing that I was hoping to see if I could get maybe some time with you to talk about what we're doing at the SD lab and helping folks through workshops, customize playbooks and helping to put more points on the board. Look, my schedule is tight and I don't need another sales pitch. I know I'll keep it super brief for you in working with healthcare professionals. Most recently, we helped an organization put up 52 more meetings than under 90 days, 22 of those going to opportunity. And leading to four net new deal with that 100K. And I would love to show you how within the healthcare space we're being innovative in our e-mail messaging and helping enrich the data to get better connect rates so that your team is seeing those results on the board. Does that sound fair? You've got a lot of buzzwords there meetings, opportunities, deals, insights. Everybody's got those. But my teams remote, my SDR just joined and I've gotta crow breathing down my neck. You're not wrong. We build Taylor strategies. Jim, what I'd love to do is just sit down with you, have you walk me through what you're seeing with the team. From there, share some insights with you that other healthcare companies are doing that are helping them actually beat you in the sales process and put more points on the board. So let's do Tuesday at 9:00 AM for you. Does that work Tuesday at 9:00? If it's worth my time, I'll look at it now. I've really got to go. Couple things that could reflect on there. But I think the software is clean, it's smooth. That was really very good experience overall for the person I'm going to nominate. Next is I'm going to call out Ronan Pasar, the cold calling.
