It feels like I've been leveraging the same core sales tech stack for the last 10 years. I've been pitched a lot of solutions, but most of them felt like small incremental gains for a lot of sunk money and time. The last thing a growing sales team has is time. That's why I was so impressed by Nooks and our pilot with Jillian Fama! With their dialer, our top of funnel reps actually got time back in their day. Nooks was easy for the team to pick up, helped them sort through actionable lead lead lists, and they powered through 2x the call volume we previously benchmarked in less time dialing. At the rep level, this will mean more time for prospecting and data enrichment. At the team level, Nooks is going to change the way we review calls and train with their smart transcripts and filterable tags. We're very excited to get the full Runwise team on Nooks and continuing to broadcast the impact that smart building controls can have on the built environment!
